| The Double A Ranch has 40 acres of lush pasture, a 12,000 square foot barn, four round pens, four large pastures (2 are double fenced). We are 3 minutes from Four Creeks State Park with thousands of acres of trails. We have full lights in the barn, 200' x 120' training arena, 3' x 5' x 3' personal tack lockers available, 100' x 20' turnout lanes (full boarders only), picnic area, refrigerators for drinks, grooming/farrier area, cross poles in the arena for training, and more. * Pasture Board - $200/mo - Horses are pastured only. Hay included for winter. Hay is not
needed the rest of the year due to lush pastures.
* Partial Board - $300/mo - Horses are pastured and fed 2 x's per day. Feed is included.

* Partial Full board - $350/mo - Partial Full Board - Horses are stalled nightly in 10' x 15'
stall. Hay is given in the stall. Horses are fed 2 x's per day. Feed is included. Shavings are
included. Horses are turned out into the main pasture during the day.
* Full Board -$400/mo - Horses are stalled nightly in a 10' x 15' stall with a 20' x 100'
turnout paddock. Horses are fed 2 x's per day. Hay and feed are included. Horses are
turned out during the day (or night if the horse is fair skinned) in a separate paddock only
with full boarded horses. A 3' x 5' x 3' locker included (if available). Shavings are included.
